量子点量子阱中的三阶非线性光学特性的研究

利用紧致密度矩阵近似方法，研究了一个特殊量子点量子阱中的三阶非线性光学特性(三次谐波产生)，得到了量子点量子阱系统的三次谐波产生系数的解析表达式，而且考虑了量子点量子阱系统中的两种电子束缚态-壳层阱内与阱外两种束缚态。对CdS/HgS构成的典型的量子点量子阱进行了数值计算，得到了10^-15(m／v)^2量级的三次谐波产生系数，并且绘出了三次谐波产生系数作为量子点量子阱的尺寸和泵浦光子能量的函数曲线，最后对曲线的特征及其形成的原因进行了解析。     

Oscillator strengths for 2 ^2P-n ^2D transitions of lithium-like systems with Z=11 to 20

The dipole-length, velocity and acceleration absorption oscillator strengths for the 1s^22p－1s^2nd(3≤n≤9) transitions of the lithium-like systems with Z=11 to 20 are calculated using the energies and the multiconfiguration interaction wavefunctions obtained from a full core plus correlation method. The agreement between the f-values calculated from the length, velocity and acceleration formulae is excellent. Our results agree closely with the experimental data available in the literature. Combining these discrete oscillator strengths with the single-channel quantum defect theory, the discrete oscillator strengths for the transitions from 1s^22p state to highly excited states (n≥10) and the oscillator strength densities corresponding to the bound-free transitions are obtained.

本文证明了如果ｓ是从曲面Ω到Ｕ（Ｎ）中有限的调和映射，则Ａｚ，Ａｚ－是幂零的，并给出其逆不成立的反例。     

激光直接驱动聚变球靶初始辐照均匀性分析

采用Ｓｋｕｐｓｈｙ－Ｌｅｅ（Ｓ－Ｌ）球谐模分解方法，按一个简化的物理模型，对激光直接驱动聚变中不同束－靶条件下的靶面初始辐照不均匀度的均方根偏差进行了数值计算，由此分析了在光束完全对称排布的多光束辐照系统中，光束截面光强分布，聚焦透镜Ｆ数，离焦参数（靶心室焦距离与靶丸半径之比），光束数这几个主要因素对辐照的均匀性的影响。

Multiwavelength NRZ-to-RZ conversion with significant timing-jitter suppression and SNR improvement

We demonstrate a novel, polarization-insensitive scheme for multiwavelength nonreturn-to-zero to return-to-zero format conversion at 10 Gb/s rate with significant timing-jitter suppression and signal-to-noise ratio improvement. The scheme utilizes a self-starting electroabsorption-modulator based optoelectronic oscillator that simultaneously generates a 10 GHz-rate microwave signal and a train of 15 ps-wide optical pulses with 40 fs timing jitter (100–10 MHz range). Under direct optical injection locking of the oscillator with an incoming data stream, we demonstrate the extraction of a high-quality clock that enables in-line format conversion of multiple, synchronized nonreturn-to-zero channels.     

Properties of the Fast Diffusion Equation and Its Multidimensional Exact Solutions

We prove invariance of the fast diffusion equation in the two-dimensional coordinate space and give its reduction to a one-dimensional analog in the space variable. Using these results, we construct new exact multidimensional solutions which depend on arbitrary harmonic functions. As a consequence, we obtain new exact solutions to the well-known Liouville equation, the stationary analog of the fast diffusion equation with a linear source. We consider some generalizations to the case of systems of quasilinear parabolic equations.

运用变分法研究了具有三体作用的玻色-爱因斯坦凝聚暗孤子的演化特性,分析了调谐囚禁电势对暗孤子运动的影响.结果表明,囚禁在调谐势阱中的暗孤子将振动,势阱强度和三体作用的符号影响了暗孤子的演化,并改变了BEC系统的振动特性.     

Gravitational induced uncertainty and dynamics of harmonic oscillator

As a consequence of gravitational induced uncertainty, equation of motion for harmonic oscillator differs considerably from usual quantum mechanical situation. This paper considers the dynamics of a simple harmonic oscillator in the context of Generalized (Gravitational) Uncertainty Principle (GUP). Using Heisenberg Picture of quantum mechanics, we find time evolution of position and momentum operators and we will show that expectation values have an unusual complicated mass dependence. Also we will show that since the notion of locality breaks down, Ehrenfest theorem is not satisfied for harmonic oscillator in GUP.
